Welcome to PropCola! This page contains our Terms & Conditions followed by our Privacy Policy. By creating an account or using the app/website (the “Service”), you agree to these terms.

Terms & Conditions

1) About the Service

PropCola provides tools to manage properties, requirements/leads, contacts, and related media. Online features use third-party cloud infrastructure (e.g., authentication/database/file storage via Supabase). Offline use is supported via local storage on your device.

2) Eligibility

You may use the Service as long as you are legally allowed to use apps in your region.

3) Accounts & Security

  • Provide accurate account details and keep credentials confidential.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorized use, notify us promptly.

4) Your Content

You retain ownership of content you upload (listings, images, attachments, contacts, notes). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host and process your content solely to provide the features you request (including sync and backup). You are responsible for ensuring your content is lawful and non-infringing.

5) Prohibited Use

  • Posting illegal, misleading, or infringing content.
  • Reverse-engineering, disrupting, or overloading the Service.
  • Uploading malware or using the Service to spam/harass others.

6) Third-Party Services & Ads

The Service may rely on third parties (e.g., Supabase; ad networks for banner/rewarded/day-pass ads). Availability and performance can depend on those providers and your device/network. We don’t control third-party content and aren’t responsible for external websites or ads you choose to visit.

7) Free App; No Payments

PropCola is free and supported by ads. We do not request or process your card or payment information.

8) Service Changes

We may add, modify, or remove features at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be shown in-app or by updating this page with a new effective date.

9) Disclaimer (Simple)

The Service is provided “as-is” and “as-available.” We aim for reliability, but we cannot promise the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Because the app is free, we don’t offer monetary compensation for downtime, data loss, or other issues. You use the Service at your discretion and risk. Your non-waivable legal rights remain unaffected.

PropCola and its developer shall not be responsible for any data loss, breach, or unauthorized access resulting from third-party systems, hosting providers, or network issues beyond our control.

10) Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, legal risk, or risk to users/systems. Sections on IP, disclaimers, and governing law survive termination.

11) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India will have jurisdiction unless local law requires otherwise.

Privacy Policy

1) Summary

We respect your privacy. We do not sell personal information. We do not read or mine your property data, contacts, or files for marketing. Cloud features are hosted by reputable third-party infrastructure (e.g., Supabase). Offline data stays on your device.

2) Responsibility & Contact

PropCola is operated by an individual developer. For privacy questions or to exercise your rights, contact our Grievance Officer – PropCola at no-reply@propcola.com.

3) What we collect (minimal)

  • Account basics: your name and email to sign in; passwords are stored as secure hashes by the auth provider.
  • Content you add: property details, images, files, requirements/leads, and contacts (including VCF imports). We process this only to run the features you request (hosting, sync, search in your own data).
  • Device/local data: cached/offline copies stored on your device (e.g., IndexedDB/local storage/service worker). This remains on your device unless you clear it.
  • Ads technical data: ad networks may receive device identifiers/telemetry to deliver and measure ads. We do not share your user-generated content with ad partners.

4) What we don’t do

  • No selling of personal data.
  • No reading/browsing of your property records or contacts for marketing.
  • No payment processing.

5) Why we process data

  • Operate features you request (auth, sync, storage, import/export).
  • Maintain security, troubleshoot, and prevent abuse.
  • Show ads (e.g., banner/rewarded/day-pass).
  • Send essential service notices.

6) Storage & transfers

Cloud data is hosted by third-party infrastructure (e.g., Supabase) and may be processed in data centers outside your country. Offline data remains on your device until you clear app/browser data.

7) Sharing

  • Service providers: cloud host, authentication, file storage, email/SMS (if used), error/performance tools (if enabled).
  • Advertising partners: to deliver/measure ads (no user-generated content shared).
  • Legal: when required by law or to protect rights, safety, or the Service.

8) Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures (e.g., encryption in transit, access controls). No method is 100% secure; if an incident affects your data, we will provide notices required by law and work to mitigate impact.

9) Your controls

  • Access & edit: view/update your records in the app.
  • Export: use available exports (e.g., VCF/files) where provided.
  • Delete: delete items or request account deletion via email; clearing app/browser data removes local caches.
  • Permissions: deny file access or clear storage via device/browser settings (some features may stop working).

10) Changes

We may update this policy. For material changes, we’ll show an in-app notice or update this page with a new effective date.
